气动方型插板阀是一种粉料、晶粒料、颗粒料及小块物料的流量或输送量的主要控制设备，广泛应用于矿山、粮食等行业控制流量变化或迅速切断（特殊直径≤50mm）。
气动插板阀结构特点：气动单向平板闸阀采用钢板焊接结构，配重杆自复位机构，结构紧凑，工作平稳。气动插板阀、气动双向平板闸阀该闸门主要由框架、闸板及气缸组成，气源通过电磁换向阀带动气缸，气缸带动闸板作水平方向的往复运动，达到阀门的启闭目的。闸阀结构简单，重量轻，操作灵活，装拆方便，采用优质碳素钢制造，其强度高，性能好，使用寿命长；丝杆及螺母采用了软防罩结构，不受外界粉尘影响。

Product introduction
